Excellent experience in buying a Jeep! We were looking for a new vehicle and dropped into Eastern Sales. It took us a few weeks of shopping around to determine the type of vehicle we wanted and Julia stayed in touch with me by text throughout the process. She kept me well informed of the products and potential sales dates, and mailed me a brochure regarding an upcoming 'special' sale. Julia was excellent! Once we determined the vehicle we were interested in I was then dealing with Anthony, one of the sales managers, to negotiate a price. Anthony was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I anticipated some hard bargaining but Anthony and I negotiated a very fair price in a very short time period. I wasn't left sitting around for any significant length of time. In short, Anthony was very professional and I enjoyed bargaining with him. Finally, we dealt with Matt to do the paperwork and pay for the vehicle. Matt was excellent to deal with and had a great sense of humour. He also knew his stuff extremely well and promoted their 0% financing option, which is a true 0%. When we picked up the vehicle, which was very well detailed, we had a bit of an issue because there was no Bluetooth capability in it. My wife had test driven a slightly different vehicle that did have Bluetooth, a must for her, but we didn't notice that our new vehicle didn't have it until after the paperwork was done and we were ready to take delivery. The folks at the dealership - Julia, Anthony and Matt - apologized profusely for the oversight and bent over backwards to switch us into another almost identical vehicle, this time with Bluetooth. We were very, very impressed with their efforts and it was a painless process for us. More

My only minor grumbles were the "gift vouchers" for rust protection etc. and the "tomorrow at 6" pricing deadline. Granted, some people may want paint/ rust protection etc., but I did not care much for the "bonus $100 voucher" approach to selling those items. That being said, when I declined those items, there was no pressure to try and change my mind. I also understand why I was given the "this offer is off the table tomorrow at 6" routine, but I'm certain that most people would prefer to take all the time they need in deciding on one of the larger purchases of their lives. I must admit though, I was given a very good price for a vehicle which still had a considerable amount of factory warranty and low kilometres compared with other vehicles I had previously looked at. More

"Never expected to purchase a car that day!" We were considering purchasing a used Dodge Caravan for extra seating for our grandchildren. When we arrived, the environment within the building was a party atmosphere with staff singing and sharing hopes of a Jets hockey win. Since this was our first time testing a van we found Braydon very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions honestly. Within the hour we decided to buy the 2010 van and before we knew it we were receiving personal congratulations from all staff in the building. The experience was as if we'd bought a brand new vehicle. When we came back the next day to pick it up, we were instantly recognized by many staff who again took time to give friendly greetings. Eastern Chrysler Dodge has changed our previous negative thinking about car dealerships. We tell everyone, "we had fun buying our van."
