DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR/TRUCK AT THIS DEALERSHIP. Ordered a car and it took forever to get it delivered. They keep saying next week, next week and so on. When the car finally arived it had a few options different from what I ordered. All complaints fall into deaf ears. The minute you sign the contract you will notice the way they treat you automatically changes. Go to a different dealership. It cant be worst then this one. very late delivery of my vehicle Never give them deposit unless they are willing to give you written commitment on delivery date. i gave them $1000 for ford Escape 2015 model. before Never give them deposit unless they are willing to give you written commitment on delivery date. i gave them $1000 for ford Escape 2015 model. before deal been told it is in stock and then i was one who keep calling them for update on my vehicle. in a week they said they have ready now and will send me VIN number but next day i called as never got any email then asking for $500 more and said this vehicle has more feature. Service manage also playing game with number and try to take maxi money from your wallet. they never give you deposit even you call ford.ca all staff very rude and only car to make money from you and never bother for service. PLEASE TRY TO AVOID GOING THERE More

I was not expecting to come away satisfied howev We had a face to face meeting last night with General Manager Vineet Midha and Salesman Alex Yeung. I was not expecting to come away satisfied however during meeting it was established that Alex mislead us (I am being nice here) while selling us a car and after that Vineet worked personally with us to get a different new car. After giving us a loner we pick up our new car Monday. I want to thank you Vineet for giving my wife and I a renewed appreciation for East Court Ford and we will definitely be buying our future new car with them. Also I was able to personally apologize to Jose Giraldo (Sales Specialist) who we bought a new car through in 2011 and wasn't there the night we bought the new car for not coming to him as he was so helpful the first time around.
