I wasn't looking forward to buying a new van. My last experience (at a different dealership) was horrible. But my current vehicle was no longer drive-able and I had no choice. I went to Eagle Ridge because I had been taking my previous van to their service department and had always been happy with them. From the moment I set foot at that dealership to the time i left as a happy new van owner, I was impressed. I felt welcomed and valued from the beginning. Alladean did everything he could to help me pick the right vehicle. He didn't mind test driving more than one. He walked me around each vehicle to make sure I knew exactly what condition it was in. (I was looking at used). He was patient with my lively 2-year-old. He even brought her cookies. And by the way they have a nice little play room for the kids. Once I decided which vehicle I wanted, I met Pat, the manager. He was friendly, respectful and explained everything about the price. The trade-in value I got on my old van was fair, the price on my new van was fair, I didn't feel like I had to haggle or feel ripped off. The business managers were easy to talk to, listened to me, worked hard to get me what I asked for, and they were friendly (most business managers are xxxxxxx). It truly was a pleasure buying my used van at Eagle Ridge. It was the first time I have ever felt respected while buying a car. More

I am a big shopper and like everyone else appreciate the best deal possible. I do extensive research. I had found a slightly better deal on a new GMC truck in Richmond, but would have prefered to do busin best deal possible. I do extensive research. For just the little bit of difference in price, I was disappointed that the sales manager, Adam Isfeld would not budge. Was it worth lossing a sale over a few dollars? More
