Horrible Customer Service We are from Terrace and were looking for a dodge caravan and wanted to do a trade in with our truck. Because it’s 15 hours away, I wanted to be absolu We are from Terrace and were looking for a dodge caravan and wanted to do a trade in with our truck. Because it’s 15 hours away, I wanted to be absolutely sure that we could afford it before I decided to drive down. I disclosed everything I knew was wrong with the truck and was told a set amount as the worst case scenario. So getting assured that they would make it work for us, I drove down with the assurance I’d come away with the van we had chosen. Halfway into my drive, I get a call from the manager Bryan saying they can’t guarantee anything until they see the truck. At this point I’m already halfway there so I have no choice but to keep going. When I do arrive I’m then told that the truck is worth $5,000 less than the amount I was assured would be the worst case scenario. Obviously I can’t afford this, and tell them that I was assured of a set price especially after I drove 15 hours to purchase it. They basically say “too bad and we didn’t make any assurances.” At this point I’m very upset because I came down with the assurance that I’d be able to afford the worst case scenario and left with nothing because of their bottom line. It was honestly the most gut wrenching and upsetting situation I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. More

We enjoyed the experience dealing with professioals When speaking on the phone it is not always easy to decipher the type of service you are about to receive.At no time during my phone conversations was When speaking on the phone it is not always easy to decipher the type of service you are about to receive.At no time during my phone conversations was I given any false promises by Marco in sales mgmt or by Art in finance.When we arrived from Van isle all questions were answered and the Grand Cherokee was prepared as discussed,during this time my wife an I were treated with respect and courtesy by all including Bobby, Jimmy and of course Chantel.Definitely would recommend to any one in search for a vehicle to try Eagle Ridge GM. None disclosure of damage to a used vehicle service dept Was told there were no damages to the car we bought but brought it home to find a cracked windshield and damaged hood with huge pit marks. Service told us they were sending us a $300 credit and never received it after contacting them 5 times. We had a great experience with the business office and the salesman. Just feel like the service department let us down in a big way. Want this issue rectified asap as we have given the information to our law firm to move forward with filing a formal law suit. More

Extended warranty work Very helpfu and got me in within a day. Had my truck back same day. My a/c failed and I fully expected it to take a couple days for repair. Parts were Very helpfu and got me in within a day. Had my truck back same day. My a/c failed and I fully expected it to take a couple days for repair. Parts were in stock and repair was fast. They even did an oil change that I requested last minute. Mechanic even came out and explained the repair to me. 👍🏻 More
