Oil change experience I got my oil changed at eagle ridge GM. the lot where the service is had no parking ..crowded. had to wait for my service apt. The service writer bare I got my oil changed at eagle ridge GM. the lot where the service is had no parking ..crowded. had to wait for my service apt. The service writer barely talked to me I had my son with me had to wait almost half an hour for a ride home. Had to pile 2 other ppl plus me in the shuttle car. ( which I'm not used to as Ford has never done that) i was told by the lady upfront it would take maybe only an hour for the oil change I didnt receive a call at all I called at noon (apt was 10am) to see if it was done the girl told me it looks just about done waiting for the paperwork from service writer. Then got a call back 40 mins later..just over all not a great first experience. I feel maybe cuz my truck and oil changes are under warranty maybe the staff didnt care as much. More
