Broken A/C John was extremely friendly, knowledge and understanding. Our A/C on our 4 year old Sierra went with only 60000km. Not impressed with GMC for not covering it, but the service team at eagle ridge were great a d fixed it fast. My only other complaint is they dont offer courtesy cars. They will give you a ride but only within the tri-city which wasn't helpful for me living in maple ridge. Overall very satisfied with the service. More

Cost of repairs over 6 years $700.00 I estimate I saved $6000.00 in gas expense over 6 years More
