I brought my car in to have my snow tires put on, along with brake service and oil change. The work was completed in good time, the service advisor was knowledgeable and very helpful. We were delayed over a week as the rims had not come in. We also had to prepay for tires and rims told this is policy. If we are such good customers why did that happen. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for over 30 yrs and I recognize good customer service when I see it . The finance employee was great too ( I forget his name ). My only negative would be all the additional “ fees” that were not mentioned ahead of time ( I’m not referring to freight and admin fees ). And I didn’t indicate any review fir the quality of work section because I have not yet had any dealings with the service dept . More

My first impression of the dealership wasn't good. I felt like I was ignored and passed over but upon my second visit the experience was a lot better. No overt pressure to purchase. My only negative comment would be that with the inclusion of the free 5 years of oil changes it wasn't explained initially that I would have to pay the tax and environmental fees until I read it in the paperwork. This was misleading and I highlighted this as I felt pressure to sign without all the info bc the deal was done and I was picking up the car and didn't have the opportunity to renegociate. I informed the sales representative this should be corrected. More
