Bought 2 new cars here but service is terrible. They put a rim 1 inch too small on one tire. I had the right size rim so who knows what they did with that. I found out after a full season the mistake they m a rim 1 inch too small on one tire. I had the right size rim so who knows what they did with that. I found out after a full season the mistake they made and that it was dangerous for me to have been driving like that. I also stored spare rims there for 2 years. They did not charge me because they took up minimal space and I was a regular customer. I forgot to pick them up so I called this year to get them for new snows and they gave them away without even calling me. The manager blamed me for leaving them there for so long. Next vehicle will be Hyundai or Honda. Terrible attitude here. More

I purchased 2 vehicles with this dealer at the same time, both used. The salesman went at length to describe how service is everything - prior to the purchase ! When I went to pick the vehicles up, one had both used. The salesman went at length to describe how service is everything - prior to the purchase ! When I went to pick the vehicles up, one had a terrible scrubbing sound in the wheel/tire area and the radio did not work. The salesman and management was completely dismissive and made absolutely NO effort to repair the problems despite my appeal to them - sent email correspondence to the general manager and received NO REPLY. The scrubbing was from 2 rear brake pads, rotors and calipers that were completely rusted-out - and this dealership safety certified it ! I would never go to this dealer again and I make certain that everyone I know hears this story. I kept the rotten parts as evidence. More
