Happy Customer Phoned on Friday, got an appointment at 12:00 the next day. I dropped the truck off at noon and they shuttled me home within 15 minutes. They (San Phoned on Friday, got an appointment at 12:00 the next day. I dropped the truck off at noon and they shuttled me home within 15 minutes. They (Sanjeev) phoned with a diagnosis an hour later and said the truck should be ready by the end of the day. The shuttle picked me up at 4:00 and I drove away the same day at 4:30. Sanjeev Chaube was my service consultant and I'll be asking for him the next time I go there because I'm blown away by the excellent service and turnaround. I can't see how any repair facility could top this. A+++++++ More

Slower than molasses in January Called and made an appointment for an oil change. Also, wanted the engine air and fuel filter changed. Arrived on time for my appointment. Four hours later I'm still here waiting. Pretty sad. I always bring my vehicle here and it's consistently bad like this. This time I'm mad enough to take the time to write a review.
