Great professional service Last week I got a stone chip on the passenger side of my vehicle's windshield . I went to a Glass Express shop in Richmond and was given sub par c Last week I got a stone chip on the passenger side of my vehicle's windshield . I went to a Glass Express shop in Richmond and was given sub par counter service and an appointment a week later. The next day I phoned Dueck Richmond and was invited to come in soon. On arriving, I was greeted by Jonas Prasad the service consultant who said, it was he that I spoken to on the phone and that he could have his Technician check the window right away. Mr Prasad was very professional, spent a long time on the phone to transfer my Claim file from the first shop with ICBC. The Technician worked on the glass chip and restored it almost to its original condition. I was offered a car wash if I was willing to wait; which I was happy to. Thank you! More
