WARNING: I had a really bad experience with Dueck Downtown service center. Overall, very low transparency and care. Evidence: 1. Gone for rear noise, they diagnosed it is dry bushing, said applied Downtown service center. Overall, very low transparency and care. Evidence: 1. Gone for rear noise, they diagnosed it is dry bushing, said applied lubrication (which is not a solution), charged me $118, still the same level of noise. 2. Went back to them saying the noise is still there, their new diagnosis says you need to change both rear shock absorbers. Not sure why this didn't came on the first inspection. But on the work sheet it says: "... I remove the right rear shock, and road test, the noise is gone...". HOW can you move a car with the shock absorber removed!!!! 3. So the noise is still there, I've paid $118, and they want $925 more for shock replacement, and I am not even sure it is the shocks. More

The service was great. The credit department was amazing great as well. I would buy a truck from them again. The only thing is I wish I wasn’t so rushed with the ferries.
