I was VERY disappointed with the recent service I received at the body shop of Doyle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I felt like I was being blown off by the staff. What was even more upsetting was that I f received at the body shop of Doyle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I felt like I was being blown off by the staff. What was even more upsetting was that I felt like I was being talked down to by the staff. I was told more reasons why they wouldn’t be able to find the leak rather than what they were going to do to solve the issue. The reason I brought my truck in was for a water leak. Water was entering the cab and draining through the A pillar on the driver side grab handle. Not the only Ram truck to have this issue. I also had to have a piece of trim replaced. Unfortunately the wrong piece of trim was replaced. This was after I had been to the dealership twice with the vehicle to show them the piece of trim that required replacing. Left with the leak still occurring and the the trim piece not replaced. I asked for, but never received a work order description for the wrong piece of trim being replaced, what was done to check for the leak or if the service bulletins were followed to determine where the the leak may be coming from. Hope the next appointment is better. Not sure when that will be. Being left in limbo by the body shop at this point. More
Brought my 2019 rebel in for noise in the front end warranty repairs. Being a licensed mechanic I knew it was the sway bar links I had already inspected it They couldn’t find an issue with my truck. warranty repairs. Not sure how much effort was put it to even try and find the issue, since I know dealers don’t get paid as well to perform warranty repairs … very sad….. It’s really sad that I had to show them exactly what was wrong with my vehicle in the parking lot I might add. Service managers response “ ya your links are loose”. Ok? So why did it have to come here twice. Just for the service advisor to argue with me that it’s fine and “he’s had 3 different mechanics look at it”. Which is a bs line btw…… I felt like I was either lied and or their service dept does not have the knowledge required to perform safe repairs on my vehicle. I fix most things myself but when a part is under warranty and I bring it in I should not have to train your staff so the job is done properly. In total I lost 3 days of use on my truck Completely disappointed More

Not happy, charged over 600 for a rim, then they did some warranty work and charged me for an alignment, that should have been covered, they did suspension warranty work, alignments should be covered, and yo warranty work and charged me for an alignment, that should have been covered, they did suspension warranty work, alignments should be covered, and you should also tell people the price of parts before putting them on, really not happy More

Service booking and process has improved 100% since new Manager took over. On line booking and attention from service advisors was excellent. Prior to changes being made Doyle had the worst Service Departm Manager took over. On line booking and attention from service advisors was excellent. Prior to changes being made Doyle had the worst Service Department I had ever dealt with. These changes are amazing. Great work Doyle. More
