Did not honor powertrain warranty even thow befor I brought the truk in I had joe the service rep check th vin to verify that it was covered..then once I see the bill they charged me for my axle core.. brought the truk in I had joe the service rep check th vin to verify that it was covered..then once I see the bill they charged me for my axle core..so once I asked for it he proceeded to tell me it was in the scrap bin and that he wasn't able to get it to me ..even thow at first he charged me for it . 15 minutes later once I was on the hwy going home witch is an hour and 20 minutes north he calls me and sends pictures of what he says is my axle witch it wasn't and once I confronted him on his lie he won't answer me and neither will the dealer.. I brought my 2015 and 2018 to Doyle dodge in sudbury only for Joe the service rep I delt with to take advantage of me and talk xxxxxxxx and lie .... can't say ill be back to Doyle or give a good referral...truly disappointed More
