Great combo - Toyota on Front & Loyalty Exchange Program I received the Toyota Loyalty Exchange letter in the mail and as I had been thinking about getting a newer vehicle, the timing seemed right. While reviewing information online, I opted to chat with a rep who gave me some additional information and that connected me with Ken (Kentaro). We agreed to meet so he could have my car appraised. After I brought my car in, I was given a good price for my vehicle and discussed purchasing a used Venza. Fortunately, they had a black demonstrator available with very low mileage. After my husband and I met with Ken and his supervisor, Kal (Khalid), we came to an agreement on price and within days, was happy to be driving a wonderful vehicle. I have bought cars for years from different companies all over but this experience was just too good. We had visited many dealerships for cars of different makes to decide on what we wanted and would say most of them were cold and when we compare with Toyota On Front they are poles apart. . Kentaro fondly called Kent at the Dealership was very friendly and prompt in his reverts from day 1. Kent handled and explained each and every system of the new vehicle with all the professionalism and patience. The way Kent and Mr Khalid ( Kal ) Rais the Sales Manager handled our enquiry from initial queries to sales was par excellence. Everything was meticulously explained, documentation was perfectly handled and vehicle handed over with all due care and there were tons of personal touches in this process throughout. I remember before taking the car out of the dealership Khalid advised me to take 2 circuits within their car parking area to get a feel of the new vehicle before getting on the road, this is something most dealerships would not bother about after handing over the keys, I think this is called being sensitive, this feeling is not purchased from the market, its in born. Further to this seeing that probably I was a bit hesitant and not too comfortable, Khalid drove in front of us in his car for 25 km through traffic to get me safely to my place of stay just to ensure I get a good feel of the car and to be safe. Like I say these are things which speak of the person and the organisation and wonder if anyone would do that!! I would strongly recommend Toyota On Front to anyone and everyone; it’s an opportunity and an experience to interact with such wonderful people in this Busy World. We were able to hammer out the details quickly and painlessly, and Kentaro was very willing to go at bat for us on pricing to help us stay within our budget. Kentaro was also able to get us a preferred (non-personalized) license plate number by being very patient with both us and the Ministry, at no extra charge. More importantly, with Kentaro, there are no games or sales pressure to close a deal, and we truly appreciated that after visiting several (Honda, Mazda, Toyota) dealerships. We give Kentaro our highest recommendation without reservation and would recommend him to family and friends.
