I usually have great service but today I did not. I had my tires changed from winter to summer and was told it would take one and a half hours. After 2 hours I went to see what was happening. I found my car, new tires installed and sitting in the parking lot.....the service person I was dealing with was nowhere to be found. As it was now 12 pm I presume he went to lunch and left me waiting. I could have been there for days!!! More
