Betrayed by salesman Downtown Ford on Richmond-I honestly feel betrayed, I had to walk away from a Ford Escape after I gave them a deposit. We ended up settling, but our true feelings were that they should have made more of an effort to keep the original quote due to the error on their part. We were slightly compensated with 2 oil changes. Otherwise the transaction was smooth and we are happy wtih the vehicle so far. (would have been happier with the originally quoted price :) ) More
