Hello Mr. Kepecs, I thank you for your response. As you know by checking your records, I've dealt with your dealership so many times for a BRAND new vehicle that should have been problem free!! As the top management(vice president...???... Carlos !!!) indicated [upon indicating that my brother had "a chip on his shoulder" !??] : ..."there is absolutely nothing Downsview Chrysler can do as we are just the agent selling the car and from this point on it's between you and Chrysler Canada"!!! I truly am AFRAID to bring my car back to your dealership as the attitude of the sales department and the quality of the workmanship in the service department was NOT satisfactory !! However I should mention Bob and Sandro tried their best to resolve my BRAND NEW GRAND CHEROKEE issues, BUT there is only so much one can do to improve a LEMON! It truly is unfortunate, as for over two years prior to the purchase, I had dreamt of owning this car, but my experience has been the WORST ever with a new or even an old car!! Ara
