Not honest, Not Professional I do not usually complain, but I am fed up about this dealership. I went there to buy a used grand Cherokee, and until the moment they put the purchas I do not usually complain, but I am fed up about this dealership. I went there to buy a used grand Cherokee, and until the moment they put the purchase agreement in front of me they did not inform me that the car was used by a daily rental company, and after i noticed they said everything is fine with the car and i do not need to worry. Within first 24 hours I noticed that there is something wrong with the suspension, so I took the car there and they couldn't find the reason. I took the car there again for next 4-5 times within last 2 weeks which was wasting of time for a car supposed to be in good condition! and finally they said the shock absorber needs to be changed. I got the car with the service contract, with which they need to give me a ride, but they say since I live in downtown, they won't. At the end, I felt that the sales dep did not even care about the problems after they sold a certified car to me, and they kept referring me to service dep. I am really sorry for people who want only to sell the cars and nothing more! More
