Downsview Chrysler's sales team, specifically Ben and Patrick took the time to know me, my preferences, my enthusiasts curiosity and my hopes for future Chrysler products. They worked with me to help choose my most recent vehicle, the Hellcat, they called to offer me an order slot (silly, I declined) then i saw one that came in, they understood it wasn't my colour etc, and when the right opportunity arrived, talked me through my options of other vehicles.
