He asked me what I was looking for, despite all of my confusion, he took his time, writing down exactly what I like in a car and why I was buying the car. CK was very detailed and wanted to make sure he shows me the car that not only fits my budget but also a car that I would love driving. CK made my experience really pleasant. This was my first car, he made everything go really smoothly. Like any car deal, there were some glitches that came our way but CK looked after it. CK was very professional, approachable and helpful. Trusting Sales First time to the dealership I walked in without an appointment and was greeted in the parking lot by Rex. Rex was our main point of contact and was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the product. We knew exactly the car we wanted to purchase and Rex was able to help us hone in on the important features we wanted to add-on for our car,. Throughout the exchange Eli was assisting and made us a very tempting offer but we were not prepared to make the decision on that date. We were committed to coming back the following week with the hopes of finalizing the deal. Rex continued the relationship with a follow up calls (not over bearing ones) and after doing some research on pricing over the course of the week we knew the price that Eli provided was fair, reasonable and in line with actual cost (something I didn't expect as I was holding on to the myth that you have to really fight for a good deal). Eli and the team were fair, honest and was upfront with the deals they could provide and made it very easy to work with them on the purchase. As with most things, hiccups were encountered but I write this not because of the hiccups but because of the recovery that Eli did that made things better. Eli understood the situation and reacted very quickly, efficiently and effectively to ensure we remained satisfied. We certainly had a great overall experience with Eli and Rex in purchasing our new car. On a separate note, Andrew helped us further with finishing off the final paperwork and add-ons. He worked with us to make the process easy, ensure we had everything we needed. Andrew was very friendly, courteous and very patient with answering a lot of questions we had. I put in an inquiry online regarding a car I saw, and within 24 hours, I got a call My experience at Downsview Chrysler was nothing short of amazing. I put in an inquiry online regarding a car I saw, and within 24 hours, I got a call from C.K Singh, and boy am I glad that he is the one who called me. Throughout the entire process, C.K was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the car I wanted to purchase (2016 Jeep Wrangler), and just an overall great guy to work with. He was never pushy or made me feel as though I had to buy the car, which I really appreciated. Instead he acted like a friend and he understood that this was a very large purchase for me and he assured me that he would get me the right car, with all the extras I wanted, at the right price. And boy did he ever deliver. He knew what my budget was and he only showed me cars that were within my reach and he worked with me to ensure the car had everything I wanted. At the end of the day and after a few weeks of meeting and speaking with C.K, I purchased the car of my dreams and I am so glad that it was C.K who helped me through. He was there for everything, to answer questions, and to calm my nerves after making a big purchase (I was so excited after signing that I started crying and he was right thee with Kleenex for me...if that isn't full service then I don't know what is!). After I purchased my car and drove away in it, C.K continued to follow up and ask how I was liking it, how my friends and family reacted and asked about the recovery of my foot (I had surgery and xx knew about it). He made me feel like I really mattered and that I was not just "another sale", and that is something that cannot be taught - C.K really goes that extra mile for his clients. I have nothing but thanks for C.K and the rest of the team at Downsview for everything they did for me. This is the first car I have purchased totally on my own, so it really means a lot to me and C.K made it a truly amazing experience. I am on cloud 9 with my new Jeep Wrangler and I have C.K to thank.
