Problem resolved by GM We did not have a very pleasant experience when picking up our new car. Then, we found out that the roof rack, that was part of the car's description, We did not have a very pleasant experience when picking up our new car. The Worst Car Buying Experience of My Life I've been reading the reviews of Sayed Sedat. For a minute, I thought I must be crazy. The reviews are all glowing. I purchased a car from Sayed recently. It was the worst car-buying experience of my life. I came to the dealership (I'd bought there before) because I got a notice in the mail about a big sale on last year's models to clear the lot. I was very ill at the time and I told him so. I just needed to flip my lease. I told him I wasn't up for a lengthy negotiation and I was hoping he would give me a good deal. No matter what I said after that, he became more combative. It was obvious he saw a weakness and that made him not like me. At one point, he actually told me he would need a deposit before he would talk to me any further. I just handed him a credit card and he processed a $1000 deposit. After meeting Sayed, I would never ever buy a car without a leasing agent again. I was too sick to know what was going on. I just needed to make sure I had a car. In the end, he sold me a last year's model (clearout vehicle) for considerably more than a brand new vehicle. He even charged me for extras that were on the only car that he could have sold me. When I came to pick up the car, he was sitting in a friend's truck having lunch. He glanced over and then said something to his friend. I would have got out of the truck to thank the person who gave me a legendary sale on a used vehicle. I'm sure he still brags about the time he ripped off that dying guy, lol. Bottom line: if you are looking to buy a FIAT, Downsview has some great sales people. Just, please check them out first. And if you're reading the online reviews, it's okay to wonder how many of those are fictional. I wondered it when I saw them. This one may be too. But it's not. More

I complained to Chrysler head office but they also part of the scam. Now my clock spring replaced but horn stop working. Very dishonest people. DONT GO THERE. SCAMMERS More
