He introduced himself and asked a few questions at first and than let us browse around the show room to look at different models. When we had questions, he took the time to answer them ALL and helped us narrow it down to the PERFECT family vehicle. Peter was very patient with us and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond and did not pressure us at all, into buying. He actually worked with our budget and ultimately got us the car we wanted. From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated with great respect and they gave me the immediate feeling that they valued my interest and business.The Chrysler Rep I spoke to assigned me to a sales person, Gulia, and she proceeded to ascertain what type of vehicle I wanted, and presented all my options available. Between her and the sales manager Eli Tamam, we finally arrived at a price and payment for the Grand Caravan I wanted. I actually had a lot of "fun" going through the process with them and would recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a new, or pre-owned , vehicle. They are a large and progressive Toronto dealership and they want to give customers a good buying experience, and of course sell them a vehicle which suits their needs. Unlike the car dealers in my home town, Downsview Chrysler made sure I got a good price on my new vehicle, a good trade value for my used van, and a fair and reasonable interest rate for my financing, which was dealt with by financial services rep Leslie Dagatan, another excellent person. . I highly recommend this dealer, and of couse Gulia Ovezova, who patiently dealt with each request I made during the negotiation. These people are amazing. More

Not only is this a no pressure dealer but my salesman Rex Lu went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase from start to finish. This is incredible because everybody on the Hellcat Forum told me to go hundreds of km's outside of Toronto (out of town dealers) to secure the best price as the GTA dealers are known to overcharge. In the end, thanks to Rex, I bought my new car in Toronto without having to go out-of-town. I will definitely see Downsview for my regular maintenance as well as my next vehicle purchase. He did not give me the usual sales p I walked into the dealership looking for a mini van. The receptionist welcomed me and got C.K. (Salesman) for me. He did not give me the usual sales pitch. He asked me what I was looking for in a van and asked me what my budget was. He worked with me to stay fairly close to my budget. I bought a van the same day and picked it up the next day.
