Still satisfied. I've been dealing with Downsview Chrysler since 2009 when I bought my first Grand Cherokee. This past week I was in the market for a new Grand Cherok I've been dealing with Downsview Chrysler since 2009 when I bought my first Grand Cherokee. This past week I was in the market for a new Grand Cherokee Limited and there was no need to shop around. Dealing with Domenic Bertucci was a total pleasure from start to finish. Dealings were all straightforward, he was not pushy & we were able to work out a deal that was fair to both sides. I'd recommend Domenic to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Long Distance Purchase We were looking for a minivan to replace our last one, a Ford product which is no longer available. Checking ads and dealerships bot locally and furth We were looking for a minivan to replace our last one, a Ford product which is no longer available. Checking ads and dealerships bot locally and further out we called Downsview and spoke to Domenic Bertucci. He was great!!! Despite living in Sarnia, ON several hundred kilometres away, we ended up purchasing our vehicle from Downsview with the assistance of Domenic and his manage John Guppy. The cost saving was well worth the drive and there was none of the usual tension wondering about whether you could have gotten a better deal elsewhere. They were both affable and p front in all their dealings with us. Would return here anytime. More

I will never take my car or tell anyone to use the service I brought my Fiat 500 with a light out, it was not the light it was the wiring that was under warranty, asked the service manager , he couldn't care l I brought my Fiat 500 with a light out, it was not the light it was the wiring that was under warranty, asked the service manager , he couldn't care less.
