Poor customer service I bought a 2017 journey with a towing pkg. Now they can't provide one. So to get one installed elsewhere it can affect my warranty. Roadsport Chrysler I bought a 2017 journey with a towing pkg. Now they can't provide one. So to get one installed elsewhere it can affect my warranty. Roadsport Chrysler had no issue, should have gone there. I can't believe nowhere in Chryslers supply chain they don't have parts for a 2017!!!!!!!! To update : after my posting they were able to get the parts needed and I now have the hitch and wiring harness installed. More

Love my Challenger! We bought a 2017 Challenger the end of June. Spoke with our salesman Jelani first on phone before going down, as well as a couple of other dealership We bought a 2017 Challenger the end of June. Spoke with our salesman Jelani first on phone before going down, as well as a couple of other dealerships. Our first stop was Downsview. Jelani was pleasant, positive, and motivated to get us the best price. I had an idea of how much I wanted to pay. We then spoke to the manager, Carlos. He promised they would work with us if we worked with them on price. Still not completely decided, we then dealt with Eli Tamam. After some more negotiating, the decision was made. I was buying from this dealer. Then for the details of purchase we dealt with Masoud. Everything was straight forward and there was no pressure to buy extended warranty or rustproofing, etc. We did however go with the rustproofing. Picking up the car was very easy. The car was immaculate and all paperwork was in order. We even got a golf shirt and cooler. I found the sales staff at this dealership to be extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealership! More
