Great first experience Downsview was the third dealership I had visited before purchasing my first car two weeks ago. Working with Domenic made shopping easy, fun and affordable. He never pushed anything on me which I appreciated. He was willing to spend time with me and walk me through every package that was offered. He was very knowledgeable and understood that this purchase was a huge decision which meant a lot. All in all, Dom and Downsview made my first car purchase experience easy and fun. Differently will be coming back. More

From the first phone call to the dealership, to driving out of the parking lot in a new ride, it was first-rate service all the way. I dealt with Derek Morris whom was patient, a wealth of knowledge, and really helped me secure (what I feel) was an unbeatable deal on my new ride (a fully loaded Fiat 500 Abarth Cabrio). Leslie Canada Dagatan in the finance department was a pleasure to deal with as well. Lots of FIATs and lots of Jeeps on the sales lot/in the showroom which helps with figuring out what options you need/want on your new vehicle. I feel like I was valued as a customer, feel like I wasn't just treated as another number walking through the door, and feel like the staff at Downsview Chrysler went out of their way to ensure I got the best deal possible, leaving me here now, fully satisfied with the overall experience and singing their praises! :) I will be recommending this dealership to my friends and colleagues. Top down xxxxty service. Stars from the top "rude Ben" Sales manager Ben is a rude snobby person. Eli Tamam is one of the rudest people I have ever met. You can't get two words in when Eli is around. Keep in mind this is the second car I buy from this dealer. Bought a 2012 and now a 2017. Extremely unprofessional sales manager (Ben). Support smaller communities like Fort Erie or wherever you can get great service and respect. I just spent 56k on a vehicle and I walked out feeling like I bought something from the grocery store. No communication. No response from management re: complaints. spoke to Ben (sales manager) directly and his response was: do I know you? I reminded him politely that I bought two cars from them in the past 5 years when I was asking his help and his response: "so". Also, cold guy. No smile. Lucky his parents ha a dealership and have him a job as he has no Sales skills whatsoever. More
