Great experience from Sales to Service Having bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee at Downsview Chrysler in 2008 and having had excellent service over the years, I knew I'd be coming back here for Having bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee at Downsview Chrysler in 2008 and having had excellent service over the years, I knew I'd be coming back here for a new vehicle. This time around I decided on a factory order for a Dodge Durango. Gulnara and Eli made the order and purchasing process very easy. I was kept in the loop during the factory order process which only took about 8 weeks or so from order to delivery. It's always a special moment when you get to pick up your vehicle, even more so when it's built to your own specifications (it even has "built for" with my name on the window sticker!). Very happy with the sales team, and Gulnara in particular. I'm looking forward to many great years with my Durango. And when it does have to go in for service I know it will be in good hands with Sandro at the service department, who has always provided excellent service for my Jeep and will surely do the same for the Durango..
