Arrogant staff I have been taking my car here for service for several years because I purchased it at this dealership. My experience has always been lacklustre. On m I have been taking my car here for service for several years because I purchased it at this dealership. My experience has always been lacklustre. On my most recent visit, I made an appointment and took my car in for regular service. I was told that it would take 1.5 to 2hours. When I returned to pick my car after 2 hours I was told that it was going to take an additional 2 hours. I was told that « it was a Saturday » and that « I should please bear with them ». No apologies as if this was normal. At no time did anyone call me to tell me that they required an additional 2 hours to complete the work “because it was a Saturday “ which I believe happens each and every week. If I were treat my customers and run my business like this garage, I would be out of business. More
