Information was straightforward, advice given in ways that didn't leave me thinking I was being snowed or duped. I had gone to another dealership closer to home, thinking that would be more convenient but there was NO comparison...little interest in me or my needs, no willingness to do their best to get me the exact car I wanted..the contrast between the two dealers was extreme. After my first encounter I had almost given up looking further at a Soul, but a cold call into Donnelly's and a straight -up discussion with Michael Parker renewed my interest in Kia. More
Overall very good experience, they always have parts or can order it in in short amount of time. Oh btw the staff know cars too, which is always a plus in a field where everyone tries to sell you the wrong can order it in in short amount of time. The service provided by this dealership was very poor. They removed items from my vehicle during costumization and didnt give them back resulting in over 1000 dollar lost for me. I took my vehicle in for an inspection a few months back and the amount of items shown to be deficitive was 3 pages long and would cost me 3 to 4 thousand dollars for repair. I took my Kia to an independent garage and all work was completed for under 500 dollars as well as the mechanic advised they were trying to deceive me into repairs that didnt need to be done. I dont and wont recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I was referred by a friend to this particular Kia dealership and I could not be happier. Having dealt with other dealerships in the same week, I can honestly say that the customer service at Donnelly dealership and I could not be happier. Having dealt with other dealerships in the same week, I can honestly say that the customer service at Donnelly's was phenomenal. I never once felt pressured to make any decision and what I appreciated the most was the fact that the salesmen listened to what I needed rather than trying to tell me what I want. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Donnelly Kia, specifically Jeff and Steve (though I am sure the rest of the staff are just as friendly, professional, and courteous). More
The service department is terrible to the point of being dangerous. I brought my car in due to brake problems and was told it was taken for a test drive and because the problem could not be duplicated they dangerous. I brought my car in due to brake problems and was told it was taken for a test drive and because the problem could not be duplicated they deem the brakes to be fine. The car is under warranty so they would have been able to bill Kia without doing anything. I will be taking my car to another garage for a full mechanical inspection of my brakes (not a test drive) as I don't have any confidence in this place. I will be filing a complaint with the Ministry of Transportation should a brake problem be proven by another garage. More
