Working with Bernard was an absolute pleasure. When we originally came to the dealership it was the first car we looked at on our hunt for a new vehicle. We visited 4 other dealerships and ultimately came back to VW knowing that Bernard would help us out. He followed up after our first meeting but did not constantly email us which was appreciated. He worked hard to show us our options and worked on price for us to ensure it was within our means. He knew his product and competitors’ products which ultimately lead us to choose to R Line Tiguan which we couldn't be happier with. Bernard even came in on his day off so we could pick up the car at a convenient time for us! On 07/18/2012 I gave 5 stars for everything, "forgiving" the superficial car wash. Now I had the 30,000km service. My only concern was (again) about the speedometer showing 6-7% more. Richard Yeung was the first to know that this is the German standard. He was professional and knowledgeable in all matters, so the 5 stars are well deserved. The car service itself was not the best. I declined the oil change. It took about 1.5h including replacement of the seat bolts, a VW manufacturing issue. The bad part is that my car came out scratched. A superficial scratch across the engine hood, as if they put something there when the hood was up (engine cover maybe?). This scratch came off with a little bit of car polish. Also, one of the aluminium wheels was scratched, on the inside, as if it was hanged on a 2 inch-wide flat hook, right beside the inflation valve. Yes, by the people who are supposed to take care of my car, paid by me. The car wash was (again) sub-mediocre. I washed the car myself the day before, it only had some mosquitos/flies on the front side. After the service all the car was stained, especially the windows. And it is is annoying thet you get the "we aim for 10, if you are not satisfied..." When you claim to be a car specialist it shouldn't be difficult to see that the car is stained? It takes exactly 30 seconds to wipe the windows, forget the rest of the car. The good part: after the service the fuel consumption was better, maybe the air filter, maybe they updated the engine computer. The price: after some search on the Internet I found out that the service price is on the fair side, you'll have to search more to save a few $, and it might not be close to your home. Bottomline: I would still recommend this dealer, but stay alert and watch them through the window, services are using beginners for simple operations. More

I had the worst experience from a car dealership. These people auction cheap damaged cars from Quebec and sell them in Ontario. Don't trust the sales person and don't sign the purchasing agreement before all the issues had been fixed and had an inspection from an independent mechanic. As I said, their pre-owned certification report is done internally and they hide car issue just to do the sale. Then if you get the car and go back to them, they laugh in your face and tell you that you have to pay just to look at the car. I'll learned my lesson and never will go back to this dealership. This dealership should be closed as they damage the vw manufacturer's name. More
