As my title states, I'm a picky guy and I dread vehicle shopping with the run around a person usually finds in some dealerships, I do allot of researc As my title states, I'm a picky guy and I dread vehicle shopping with the run around a person usually finds in some dealerships, I do allot of research before I buy and by the time I step into a show room I usually know what I want and good deal about the vehicle and its features, price etc. So when I went to buy a new truck the situation was the same; I knew what I wanted but wasn't looking forward to the shopping part. I walked into Dodge City on 8th street, met with the friendly staff and was put at ease with the whole truck buying experience. Absolute professionals. I talked to Phil Holmes A Court I told him what I needed (not wanted... needed) in the truck and the colour, and to my surprise Phil had absolutely zero problem with this, he gave me a truck to test drive for a day so I could get a feel for this four wheeled beauty. So as I said I'm very picky, I wanted certain step rails, a certain tonneau cover that they did not have in stock, I wanted the stock tires changed out for a more aggressive set and I wanted a specific list of options, Phil searched the system and found me the EXACT truck I wanted and got me all the accessories I wanted! Not many salespeople I have been to over the years will go the extra mile for you; and get you the product that we the customers work so hard for, Phil at Dodge City is the exception; Phil spent a long time on the phone and computer finding me what I wanted; and at the same time dealing with my relentless nagging, phone calls and text messages, in the end I have exactly what I wanted and I'm very very happy. So; If you are in the market for a new Chrysler product I strongly suggest you go see Phil at Dodge city; you won't be disappointed. More

2016 Patriot I had been to two other dealerships, and Dodge City Auto Ltd.,on Preston and 8 th Street I was most impressed with. I was so disappointed at a different dealership for the trade in value that I thought there was no point after that, but thank goodness I tried Dodge City. The deal was tremendous and the upgraded vehicle wasamazing. I have never had so much technology in a vehicle. Vidhin was very knowledgeable and courtious, he didnt mind that I was very particular on the style I was looking for and didnt mind going out of his way around the lots a number of times. It was the first time ever that I got complimentary gifts with the purchase and I had never got that before with any other brand new vehicle. Thank you very much Vidhin and to TL for finding a financial institution to give me the loan, Vidhin and TL stayed late at the dealership for me that was nice otherwise I would have waited to find out if I was approved after the weekend not that night.
