I went to get my jeep fixed and they told me it was under warranty for my alternator but in order for it to be check and see if that was the problem they would need me to put a new battery in first or they c warranty for my alternator but in order for it to be check and see if that was the problem they would need me to put a new battery in first or they could not check it. I checked with auto clearing and they told me that was xxxxxxxx you dont need a new one they had batteries there they could have checked it. I have bought 2 jeeps from dodge city and was going back in January for my 3rd one but not now.. waste my time give me the run around for nothing. The girl in the parts department made me feel like a fool for trying to understand why they didnt just do it when it was in that's why I brought it in. When asked what was covered why didn't they tell me I needed a new battery to check it.. dodge city you lost my business over a alternator test not like your going to read this and care. On to drive Canada for my next jeep.bring a battery that holds charge it cost to check it bring a new one cost nothing to check it hmmm sounds like xxxxxxxxx More
