I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your recent appointment. That would never be our intention. When customers come in with an issue, such as smell, we would typically take the vehicle for a drive to try and duplicate the problem. We would also look under the hood as the air intake is there and we would look for any sign of an oil leak on the manifold/exhaust. Dodge City's service director is Aaron and he would be happy to take a look at your 300 and try to address the issues that you have.
