My experience at Dodge City, specifically their service department, was far better than I had expected!! I used to go to Auto Clearing with my jeep, but I can honestly say, based on my experiences with oth department, was far better than I had expected!! Brought our jeep in for service with specific instructions to replace the AUX battery and change the diff fluid and transfer case fluid. None of this was done, but they did say this work needed t instructions to replace the AUX battery and change the diff fluid and transfer case fluid. None of this was done, but they did say this work needed to be done - no kidding! So we were charged for checking these items we asked them to service, but didn’t service them. Will not return to this shop. More
