DO NOT go to this dealer for service s. I really wash that I could give Dixie Toyota a 5 stars rating, but I have to downgrade it to 1 start. I went there for a 42000km service for my R s. I really wash that I could give Dixie Toyota a 5 stars rating, but I have to downgrade it to 1 start. I went there for a 42000km service for my RAV4. The sales person pushed the sale by recommending a transmission fluid change. Among all the 6 Toyota dealers I have ever visited for services of all my Toyota cars, this is the only one pushed to sale something in addition to the regular service. However, the real issue is much more severe. Dixie Toyota did not remove the plastic cover protecting the car bottom in order to change the transmission fluid, instead a hole was cut on the plastic cover exactly beneath the transmission fluid drain. The car was brought back to Dixie Toyota. The general manager insisted on "you hit or ran over something". On the other hand, other independent shops pointed out instantaneously that hole had to be cut by a knife on purpose. Because for such a thick and strong cover, it would be impossible to cut such a hole simply by hitting or running over something, without any damage on the metal it covers. A complaint case was filed at Toyota Headquarter bearing the case # 2804096. Because of this incident, not only I would not go back to Dixie Toyota, but also Toyota will lose me as a customer for good. More

Toyota is the definition of loyalty I drove out of Dixie Toyota feeling super fly with my new Corolla 2018 SE two days ago. This is my second car from this location this year and I must I drove out of Dixie Toyota feeling super fly with my new Corolla 2018 SE two days ago. This is my second car from this location this year and I must say it only got better. Mr Frank Obodoechina once again out did himself and this time I learnt something new about Toyota during this recent experience. I had an unfortunate accident a few weeks back with my first car and immediately it happened I reached out to Mr Frank who sent help my way with immediate effect. From the time of the accident to the purchase of my new baby he was there for me all the way and this form of customer service is very rare in businesses these days. Now I know better, Toyota is not just out to sell cars but also to ensure customers are happy, satisfied and fulfilled after their purchase which is exactly what I experienced.
