Dixie Toyouta has a dedicated maintenance bay, so regular scheduled maintenance is always fast. They have always been helpful with any issues I have had and try to repair things rather than just selling me new parts. Staff is friendly and competent. I recently tried the detailing service. They did a good job, but broke a windshield washer nozzle and didn't replace the floor mat clips. Minor irritants, but quickly addressed on a return visit when I was in the neighbourhood. My only fear is that things will not be as good once they move to their large new location. More

What a pleasant experience! Our 2012 RAV4 lease was coming to an end and we were looking to get the new model. We started shopping around (since the one we had leased our old one from was not really getting us any deal) and so we visited Dixie Toyota. As soon as we walked in, we were impressed - beautifully lit space, very clean and very friendly staff. We were greeted by Arif Azim, who from the beginning made us feel at ease. He patiently listened to our needs and made suggestions putting absolutely no pressure on us. He was professional, efficient, honest and explained everything with great detail. He did not mind me asking questions and made me feel like we were important. After dealing with Arif we decided to lease a vehicle from him. He put me in a new UPGRADED RAV4 XLE for a monthly payment, less than I thought was even possible. All in all it was an excellent experience. I recommend Dixie Toyota to EVERYONE! With the help of a sales representative named Ned Manuel who was an extremely honest, diligent and respectable of my choices, I then ended up purchasing a great car at a good price. Unfortunately, When I picked up the car their was a minor issue however, the used car manager, Karl Schulz took care of the problem almost instantly. Stating this, I was very much satisfied and impressed with the outcome of this specific dealership and especially representative, Ned Manuel!
