I was thinking of trading my Grand Caravan in on a newer model as it was five years old. My husband got interested in trading his three year old Grand Caravan as well, as I'd have a newer one than he did. T model as it was five years old. Nobody is as arrogant, impersonal or inept as Dilawri, so I guess it's accurate.Their catch-phrase actually doesn't imply that they will deal WELL with you....and I never thought of that until my experience. I've always wanted a Wrangler and they had a black 2008, (108K KMS) Rubicon model on the lot with upgraded black wheels that I quite fancied for $16,975...it had some painted over rust...which I was mostly ok with. I brought in a extremely clean, grandparent driven, 2008 Cobalt with 40K, KMS for a trade. The Salesman Alan was not interested in developing any rapport with me. Didn't care who I was, what I did and didn't try to connect with me in any way, with the exception of trying to sell me a vehicle ASAP. He was covered in cheesy gold jewelry, about 70 years old and kept bringing up the fact that he was an ex lawyer...Oh, that builds immediate trust!!! When we couldn't agree on a price, he foisted me on his "Manager" Darren V. Darren and I reached a deal for $800 more than I hoped to pay...I wasn't too fussed about it. He then took our deal into the back office and came out stating that HIS "Manager" didn't agree and wouldn't let the vehicle go at that price and added on another $700...BULL$HIT!!! A GM who won't back up his managers?? What kind of operation is this? Was it some kind of sales tactic or game? Standing my ground, I said, no...I said, "You're going to let me walk over $700???" He nodded and I walked. I wanted the Jeep, so even called back and left a message offering to split the diff on the extra $700 they were trying to bend me over on...no call back. Additionally, they then raised the price of the Jeep online by $500. I sent them one final email, outlining my dissatisfaction and final offer. No reply. I can't say enough how disappointed I am by these guys. I will never, ever buy a car from any of the group of dealerships owned by this family and have already cost them one sale from a relative who was shopping at their Hyundai location. NOBODY STEEEEALS...LIKE DILAWRI! More

We got both, exceding the minimum we requested for our our trade-in. Our Grand Cherokee was special ordered and arrived sooner than what Graham had originally quoted us by three weeks. He kept us informed of all shipping movements and timings. When the vehicle arrived, the Delawri staff took no time in prepping it for the handover. The manager even threw in winter tires and rims! They mean it when they say "nobody deals like delawri!" I am going to recommend this dealership to EVERYONE! Thank you very much Delawri! It was a sincere pleasure! More

This was my 3rd service visit to Dilawri. 1st visit I thought that I misunderstood the service advisor of the price of my service. So I paid more than expected. 2nd visit I asked for the price to be wri thought that I misunderstood the service advisor of the price of my service. So I paid more than expected. 2nd visit I asked for the price to be written and when it came to payment I had to show that I was given another price. 3rd visit I thought that this guy looks honest so again was given a price on drop off and when I my vehicle was finished the price again was more than quoted. I did not ask for it in writing so I could not disput the price. However when I went to make payment, this service Advisor told me that if I book my services through him, I would receive an additional 10% off the price. Pretty sad to think that you have to worry about the price of the vehicle when purchasing it, that the dealer may not be honest in the wheeling and dealing but now even when it comes to servicing your vehicle to know that the Service advisors add on additonal charges or can reduce the price just because of who you book your services through or if they think they can get away with adding additional charges onto your bill. I guess Dilawri is not worried about their reputation and Integrity with the service they provide. I really hope that you realize that this is very unprofessional and this needs to be addressed within this dealership. I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and I would not make another purchase. More
