Wow, what a difference in dealerships from the Chrysler Dodge Dealership in Orleans (where I purchased my 2013 Dodge Dart LE Turbo) and this dealership! From the moment I went in and spoke with Ian until Dodge Dealership in Orleans (where I purchased my 2013 Dodge Dart LE Turbo) and this dealership! From the moment I went in and spoke with Ian until I left, I noticed a huge difference in how I was treated between the two service departments. I had no problems with the Sales Department at the dealership in Orleans, but the Service department left a lot to be desired. This escalated to the point where I filed two complaints to Chrysler Canada about the Dealership's Service Department. It was a completely different experience at Dilawri. This is where I will take my vehicles for service going forward. Ian took the time to inform me about the status of the work being done on my vehicle. He kept me in the loop. This never happened at Chrysler Dodge in Orleans. I was greeted and treated in a courteous and professional manner (not the case in Orleans)! In my opinion they are only interested in customers who are paying money for service and not for customers who are getting warranty service. One day I spent the better part of the day just trying to get somebody from Orleans Dodge Chrysler Service to return my phone calls. I complained to Chrysler Canada and on the way home from work I suddenly got a call from Orleans Dodge Chrysler. This call only came 1 hour after I sent a complaint to Chysler Canada. I would not hesitate to recommend the Dilawri Dealership for sure! Dave More
My experience with this dealership was a disaster from the beginning. I went in looking for a jeep patriot and was sold a 2013 model and placed a deposit. The next day I received a phone call from my sale the beginning. I went in looking for a jeep patriot and was sold a 2013 model and placed a deposit. The next day I received a phone call from my sales person saying that the car they had sold me was already sold to another customer. So the options was choose another vehicle or order a 2014 model. I ordered the 2014 model and was given a 8 week time line. After 8 weeks I was told it would not arrive for another 4 weeks. The vehicle actually took 13 weeks to arrive. And during the entire process no once did the dealership contact me, I was the one who had to follow up with them. Once the vehicle finally arrived I went to the dealer ship it seems they are very unorganized, no one had my client/ purchase information and the staff don't use email to communicate with clients. The only good part of my entire experience was Dan, the sales person assigned to walk me through the features of the car when I picked it up. Dan was cheerful, helpful and offered great customer service. I have a feeling that had I worked with Dan from the beginning of the process I would have had a totally different experience. As it is, I would not recommend this dealership. At this point however I would recommend the Jeep Patriot. More

I recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler with dual tops. Dennis was my sales associate and he was extremely friendly and willing to work with me to get the vehicle I wanted for a fair price; he also secured Dennis was my sales associate and he was extremely friendly and willing to work with me to get the vehicle I wanted for a fair price; he also secured a great trade-in for my previous vehicle. He took his time explaining all the features and benefits of the vehicle and I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase, it's evident that he enjoys what he does and he provides excellent, GENUINE customer service. If you're looking for an enjoyable purchasing experience, Dennis is you man! During a follow-up call from Youssef, I expressed my concern with attempting to remove the soft top mechanism of my jeep from the cargo area by myself (when shipped from the production line, the hard top must be taken off to remove the soft top apparatus for winter storage, not a feat to be attempted by one person). Youssef heard my concerns and made arrangements for the service department to take care of the issue; this gesture of excellent customer service was greatly appreciated! Finally, Ian in the service department couldn't have been more helpful. He is one of the most pleasant people I have ever dealt with and he ensured that everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Thanks again Ian! More

Just purchased our second Dodge Grand Caravan from Mike Thomas. The first purchase went extrememly smooth and this latest purchase did not disapoint one bit! About one year ago I was considering buying a second small vehicle for work and went to see what Mike could offer. Although my situation changed before I could finish the purchase he had already found the perfect vehicle for me. He actually found VERY interesting suggestions I had not considered for economic vehicles and, when the time comes, I will definately go see him to buy a "going to work" vehicle. Shortly after the birth of our second child (we also have a big dog) we realized we couldn't put off buying a van any longer. We had originally hoped to go with a Japanese make because that's what we've driven in the past and what our parents drive, but no matter how many times we crunched the numbers we just couldn't afford one. So we reluctantly presented ourselves at Dilawri and asked to be introduced to the Grand Caravan. Little by little Simon managed to convince us that we weren't actually settling, without being pushy or sneaky. Along the way, he also won the heart of our three year old daughter, who spontaneously hugged him at the end of our first visit and took him everywhere by the hand throughout our second. We're pleased with the van, reasonably happy with the price (it's still a huge investment, after all) and highly satisfied with the service we've received. We look forward to having you do our oil changes and routine maintenance (whereas the dealership that services our other car is not in my good graces) and will certainly recommend you to our friends when their time comes to expand. Mike was fantastic. I made a point of returning to Dilawri for my second vehicle as i wanted to deal specifically with Mike Thomas. Mike makes the whole thing easy. He isn't pushy, he let me choose Dilawri for my second vehicle as i wanted to deal specifically with Mike Thomas. Mike makes the whole thing easy. He isn't pushy, he let me choose the options i wanted and didn't try to force me into anything i didn't want. I will be keeping the vehicle for about 5 years.
