Ian was really great! I had just purchased my first vehicle (a Jeep!) 3 weeks ago and unbeknownst to me the soft top came installed under the hard top. I made an appointment to have the hard top remov vehicle (a Jeep!) 3 weeks ago and unbeknownst to me the soft top came installed under the hard top. I made an appointment to have the hard top removed, the soft top taken out (in order to store it for the winter) and have the hard top re-installed. Had I known this was how the jeep was going to come I would have had it removed before I even picked the jeep up as part of the 'deal'. Upon learning this, Ian went above and beyond and didn't charge me for this as the jeep was new. He was also super helpful when answering my questions. All in all, a pleasant experience. I have had my previous service done by Barrie and purchased a used Jeep i price. My service was on time as promised. He is an honest service manager. I have had my previous service done by Barrie and purchased a used Jeep in Montreal. I called and booked an appointment for a safety check that I was quite late in getting in for and he handled it without a hiccup. He also advised me to have an emission test done prior to arriving so I could get the registration done the same day as my safety check. I also threw in a 40,000 KM service appointment the previous owner missed, and he just smiled and said no problem, I then asked for an oil-change as well. He then offered me a special they were having that surprised the daylights out of me. I have happily told all my friends about how honest he is and dedicated to making sure that the service was done properly and on time. This is perhaps the most hard working person in the industry. This is the go to guy when you really need to be taken care of. More
