I purchased my vehicle in 2011. I had an issue with the vehicle the day I drove it off the lot. The traction control and ABS light was on for no reason at all. The vehicle spent a lot of time in the servi vehicle the day I drove it off the lot. The traction control and ABS light was on for no reason at all. The vehicle spent a lot of time in the service department. I dealt with various customer service reps and over and over I was told the issue had been resolved, but the minute I would get in the car those lights were back on. Ian Woodcock is the only customer service rep that took the time to really look into the issue to get it resolved. He vowed to get the issue resolved and he delivered. Since that time I've only dealt with Ian as he is the only one I can trust to be honest with me. He provides me with a full explanation of what will be done and provides me with an overview once the work is completed. He also takes the time to inform me on what service is coming up next. Ian is always courteous and treats his clients with the utmost respect. Ian is a great asset to your team. Thank you Ian! More
