I had a great experience working with Lara Jaroudi, Tony Van Andel and Don Turner (finance). Lara, Tony and Don were all very friendly and helpful; they were able to get me a truly outstanding deal on a new vehicle with several add-ins/bonuses included. They also handled my trade-in smoothly and were very patient and accommodating with my MANY questions and follow-ups throughout the process. The vehicle delivery was a quick and easy process (Wasfi helped on the day of the delivery as well) and I left happy. Very pleased with the vehicle so far. Buying a vehicle is a very daunting process but the folks at Dilawri made it a comfortable and straightforward process without any pressure. You should always be very diligent in doing your own homework before buying a vehicle but you can expect courtesy, honesty and professionalism at Dilawri, especially if you deal with the individuals I mentioned.
