Dilawri Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

Would not recommend this dealership at all Bought a brand new jeep wrangler a couple years ago. Everything went well at first. After a couple days I was told the jeep I already purchased had been sold to someone else. But they found the same jeep with a/c and the price difference wasn't much so I accepted even though I didn't want a/c. They said it wouldn't take long for it to come in. Then they called back and said the first jeep was mine again. At this point I was happy with the other one and was convinced I would appreciate the a/c, so I was happy until they changed their story again. Waited too long for the jeep to come in and was played around with two different jeeps. This wasn't even the worse part. This was all fine once I received my jeep. The worst part about this dealership is waiting 3 hours for a basic oil change and 6 hours for a recall. They are over booked and they are not considerate of your time. You sit there and wait 2-3 hours for an oil change that could be done in 30 minutes. It's ridiculous. They really got me with the extended warranty, consisting of free oil changes. Do not opt for the extended warranty. It is NOT worth it. I am going to now start paying for my oil changed rather than waiting here for their ridiculous wait times. More

Incompetent I will never put myself through that again. Purchased a new Ram 1500 Eco diesel from Dilawri. Salesman knew nothing about the vehicle. I was told it had certain options which later turned out to be inaccurate. I had requested to see the list of options on the truck 3 times before I bought it but that never happened. The first truck I looked at was not the truck I ended up with. I thought I was buying the truck I initially test drove but was never informed that it was no longer available to me. They passed off another truck as the one I test drove and then acted all surprised when i questioned them on it. Sales manager was incredibly arrogant when I voiced my concerns about my buying experience. When I picked up the truck it was not clean. There were sticker still on the windows tape on the rear window and some minor scratches on the drivers side. The only recourse that I have is that I will never return as a customer. I hope this review helps some people when they are looking to purchase from this dealership. More
