Best car buying experience I've had A few months ago I contacted Derrick Dodge wanting to get out of my Dodge Dart into something more suited for my family. I had tried another Chrysler A few months ago I contacted Derrick Dodge wanting to get out of my Dodge Dart into something more suited for my family. I had tried another Chrysler dealership but wasn't pleased that I was treated as only someone to make a commission from. At Derrick Dodge the staff were exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with Eric who was so kind and courteous. He not only got me out of my Dart, he put in into a brand new Chrysler 200, after the other dealership told me my credit score was too poor to get me out of my old car. They kept me in the loop on every aspect of the sale and when I had to bring my kids in with me, they played with them and made the experience much more enjoyable for all of us. Thank you Derrick Dodge team and especially Eric for making this the best car buying experience I have ever had. I love my new car! More

Once the deal was complete, Wossen continued to assist us & introduced us to Barry Bubley, Business Manager who processed our paper work & assisted us in obtaining out of province transport insurance. All the while Wossen continued to offer any assistance he could. Once we had made the trip home, Wossen also called to follow up on our long trip home. Avoided a recall I can't believe these guys knew about a recall on my 2013 mini van and instead of replacing the part they simply unplugged it!!
