This is the most unpleasant purchase of a vehicle I have ever had. I purchased my new 2026 Grand Caravan with extended warranty. Within days of the purchase I had second thoughts about the purchase of the ever had. I purchased my new 2026 Grand Caravan with extended warranty. Within days of the purchase I had second thoughts about the purchase of the extended warranty and requested a full refund for $6426. In about a week David (Finance Manager) finally got back to me and told me he cancelled the warranty and the refund would be put against my loan. It's been almost 3 months now and I still haven't got my money back! After a couple months of me inquiring with a couple emails about the process, David has stopped communicating with me. This is very unprofessional. I have now contacted FCA and an agent there said they would look into the matter. It's been over a week now and still waiting for results. It's amazing how they can take your money instantly, but to get your money back...... More
