Jordan is very professional and efficient and was able to answer all of our questions. He is such a personable and friendly young man and he gives you all the information you require when purchasing a vehicle without being pushy or high pressure. We found any of the staff or management that we spoke with were very friendly and helpful. We would deal at Davis Chevrolet again without hesitation. Thank you - George Tkach, Red Deer. More

I have found him to be extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Customer service is very important to me and, in my experience, it is very rare to find someone who is as ready to help and outwardly kind as he has been. I will without a doubt continue to service my vehicle at this location if for no other reason than I am assured a comfortable and positive experience with this person. Mark seems to be a true credit to the identity and culture I'm certain this dealership strives to maintain. Very happy with my recent service appointment. More

Tried a few dealerships, but service at Davis was the best Just purchased a new truck at Davis, and after shopping around, Jordan was a completely refreshing change in salespeople. Very knowledgable about the Just purchased a new truck at Davis, and after shopping around, Jordan was a completely refreshing change in salespeople. Very knowledgable about the vehicle, patient with questions, and most importantly, honest. Provided a very competitive price, and explained pricing breakdown as requested many times by my wife and I. He also helped to ensure all the after-market accessories (running boards, tonneau cover, etc.) were in place on the truck at pickup so that it was exactly as we wanted. Justin came in at the last minute to help with financing, and was also incredibly knowledgable and focused on customer service. He was again, patient with questions and walked us through the necessary steps to ensure we were comfortable with the purchase. This is the fifth new GM vehicle I've purchased, but the first from Davis Chevrolet, and in my opinion, this was definitely the best experience both in the sales and financing departments. A very friendly group, and excellent pricing and service mean I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

I had two lights come on my 2011 GMC HD. "Poor quality exhaust fluid" as well as "service stabilitrak", both at the same time. I booked a appointment. They determined a sensor needed replaced and quality exhaust fluid" as well as "service stabilitrak", both at the same time. I booked a appointment. They determined a sensor needed replaced and told me it would be under warranty, they ordered parts and rebooked me in the following week. After the work was completed and I was there to pick up my truck there was a$150 bill. After asking to speak to the service manager to discuss the $150 bill for what my understanding was warranty work, he told me that the warranty I had didn't cover this problem. As a customer I argued the fact that a light had come on... I went to the dealer... I was told it was under warranty, why is this not covered? He was charging me because they tested my exhaust fluid, couldn't find anything wrong with it. He argued the fact that it was -30 out?? So apparently your new GMC truck cant handle Canadian winters?? At this point I was already extremely angry. He then looked at my $150 dollar bill and said "we forgot to charge you your deductible for the stabilitrak". He shredded the bill in front of me, printed out a new bill for $210. He then told me they would eat the charges for the exhaust fluid problem, but I had to pay my deductible. I didn't know there was a deductible on the warranty, and wouldn't argue it had they told me up front. So long as Brad James is service manager at Davis I will never step foot in the service department again! My experience with the sales side of Davis was great. Every time I have had service done in Airdrie there have been problems. More
First visit to the service dept after my appointment was postponed and rebooked. Shuttle driver drove me home in a FILTHY car. Why is this? I asked him what his other duties were as a driver and he told me postponed and rebooked. Shuttle driver drove me home in a FILTHY car. Why is this? I asked him what his other duties were as a driver and he told me that was it - driving. Although this driver is retiring in 60 days perhaps another one of the duties he should perform is to wash the car. The advisor ( Jordon ) assured me I would hear from him by 3 o'clock this afternoon. It is now 3:40 - no word yet. I have called the dealership and left him a message to call me. I was still listed as a wait in the computer system although I had spoken to Mark and we agreed on a shuttle ride home and back. Because of this the advisor, at first tried to reschedule some of the work that was to be done. Just heard from Jordan - the technician is now just working on my car. It has been there since 10 this morning. Seems there is some scheduling problems .... He says the driver will be here to pick me up at 4:30 - I hope he's right. More
As a new residence of Airdrie, I was happy to discover that there was a Chevrolet dealership in close proximity to my home. I felt Davis Chevrolet was ideal, for servicing my daughter’s vehicle, a 2008 eq that there was a Chevrolet dealership in close proximity to my home. I felt Davis Chevrolet was ideal, for servicing my daughter’s vehicle, a 2008 equinox, and as we plan to purchase a new vehicle, it was our intention to use the local dealership. My daughter was very pleased to find friendly and helpful staff, when she was booking an appointment for her equinox. She booked her vehicle in for service on Monday, February 24 at 9:30 AM. Because I was in the area, I dropped her vehicle off early on the 24th. The service representative informed me that they would check over my vehicle and phone me if there were any problems. When I didn't receive a call from the service department, I called at approximately 3 PM for an update. Since Jordan was not available I left a message with service advisor who said that she would pass the message and have Jordan call me, no one returned my call. My daughter arrived home at approximately 4 PM and phoned, the dealership, she was told that there was a backlog in service and that they did not have the opportunity to service her vehicle. They asked if they could keep the vehicle onto the following day and they would perform the necessary service. My daughter agreed to this arrangement. I expected to receive a call from the service department on the morning of 25 February. When I did not receive any calls. I sent an email to Jordan 11:15 requesting status on my vehicle. He responded at 1140 saying that my vehicle was the next one to go into the shop. I called the service department at approximately 3 PM, with the intent of getting an update. The receptionist told me that Jordan not available, but that she would take a message and have him call me back. Jordan returned my call. At approximately 4 PM my daughter arrived home from work and phoned the service department. She spoke with Jordan who told her that there was a backlog in service and that they had not been able to get the vehicle in for servicing. My daughter told Jordan she would come and pick up her vehicle. Jordan said that he would put the keys inside the vehicle. I believe wholeheartedly in supporting local businesses. But I will not support a business that does not perform. I will gladly go elsewhere, when looking for service, from this point onward, I will take my business to Calgary. Davis Chevrolet had my vehicle for almost 2 full days and was unable/unwilling to perform minor maintenance. Needless to say I will not be returning to this dealership for service or when it comes time to purchase a new vehicle. Keith Russell 403-980-3830 More
