I purchased this vehicle after my successful battle with a breast cancer that was supposed to end my days. The purchase of this beautiful car was a reward to myself. Having shared that with you I’m hoping that you understand the emotional attachment I have to this vehicle, as silly as that may seem to some. Without knowing of this attachment your service staff have had the pleasure of my car’s company twice, once for an oil change in the express lane and the other for a recall on the ignition. I was impressed with the oil change service but the service on the recall was unbelievable. Not only did they take care of my car by bringing it into the shop overnight and parking it away from the other vehicles during the day, but they provided me with a rental car (and a ride to pick it up) when we realized the service was going to be a little longer than expected, they stayed in touch with me and let me know what was happening rather than me having to phone them to find out what was going on. They gave me their time, when I knew they were extremely busy and they made me feel like I mattered to them as a person and not just a customer. On top of that they admire and respect my beautiful car, just as I do. It was a wonderful experience, one that I share and one that I wanted to share with you. I do hope you realize what an asset Davis has in Bonnie, Mike and Matt. They do you proud. More
NOTHING good to say This dealerships has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I had had heard bad things in the past but when my vehicle needed a part for This dealerships has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I had had heard bad things in the past but when my vehicle needed a part for a recall I had to get it from a local dealer. I called them in June and GM Canada also sent them an email. After that I called twice to see when I would get my part. I was assured both times I would receive a call in about 6 weeks when the part came in and the assured me over and over no no it has been ordered and that there was just a long wait.... Early September I was fed up with waiting and called GM Canada again, they called this location and there was not only no part in, there was no proof of my order! I then personally called and was assured that they would order it that day and I would get an email with confirmation of my order. I called back the next 3 days and was told the part still hadn't been ordered.... needless to say I still haven't heard anything and frankly don't think I ever will... This place is a scam and I wouldn't trust a thing they say considering I still haven't got any confirmation of the order verbal or otherwise More

Worked Around My Schedule When They Were Very Busy! I Went on Davis's website after work one day and talked to a customer service rep on there chat. Gave her the details on a truck I wanted, gave her my info and by the next day Jordan already left me a voicemail. I work up north and don't have a whole lot of time left in the day to do stuff. But I called Jordan back around 8:30 and left an voicemail knowing I wouldn't hear back till the next day. Surprisingly enough he called me at 9:20pm (20 mins after close) and talked me through the credit check online. Lots of phone tag and emails sent because of where I work and them being crazy busy. But he found me a truck that I really liked and let me know I was approved for it. Also got a box liner done like I asked In the short time of notice. He was great to deal with the whole time, wasn't pushy, gave me options, and took care of everything like he said. The day I was going in to pick up my truck, I called parts and asked if they could get me a tonneau cover for my truck. Jason said he'd look into it and call me back. With in 15 minutes he called me back, gave me options and prices. I then asked if they could install it for me by the time I pick up the truck (2hrs from then) Jason said he'd ask right away for me. He was also very good to talk too, gave his opinions on the covers and made it easy. By the time I got in, my truck was going in to get the cover installed. Jordan Jones told me it'll be done by the time I'm done signing papers, which he was right! Signing papers with Josee was very easy and hassle free. She explained everything very clearly and made sure I understood it all. Made the financing easy so it was good for my schedule. I seriously can't complain at all when it comes to the 4 J's I worked with. Now I'm a very satisfied owner of a 2014 Chevy Silverado, and looking forward to coming in for services. I cringe when I need service done to either vehicle. Brutal service, no communication, internally or externally. Lost parts, forgotten plugs, bickering employees, appointments for no reason, repairs not Brutal service, no communication, internally or externally. Lost parts, forgotten plugs, bickering employees, appointments for no reason, repairs not done on time, I hate this company. The sales from Davis GMC may be good but their service department and warranty work is terrible. First, we thought we'd give them another chance after terrible service when we first moved to Airdrie two years ago… things have not changed. We brought our newly purchased diesel truck in for a service in the express lane in June only to have frantic call saying they found a plug and had no idea who's vehicle it came from. Sure enough it's ours, fortunately no damage done and it was corrected. In the return visit I pointed out the factory rims chrome was peeling and they said they would order 3 replacement rims and would call when they arrived, this was early June. A service done on our Traverse half a month later and I asked about the rims to have the idiot on the other end of the phone say he had no idea what I was talking about, asking who I spoke to. Eventually he found the rims which had been "received". We came back from vacation around July 22nd and I call to arrange the rims to be put on and once again speak to an employee who has no idea what rims I speak of. Now I know you use a computer system, you'd think there would be all sorts of records as to what parts were ordered for my vehicle but apparently no one knows how to use it. I was told by the xxxxxx answering the phone he would look around and get back to me (this at 2pm), at 5pm I had to drive down to Davis GMC to have the parts department look for the items myself while I waited to find them not catalogued, still in the boxes in the back. I never did get a phone call back. We arranged to have the rims put on today, July 29th, and even dropped off our vehicle the night before. At 9:15 this morning we got a call saying they had other jobs in front of us and it would take a while at which point I explained we didn't want to be without a vehicle all day and hoped to get it prior to 3pm as my wife had an appointment. At 2:52pm I got a call saying it would not be done on time but they thought it might be finished at about 3:15pm. We went well after, at 5pm to pick up our truck to be sent in to speak to a woman who should have our paperwork and could release the vehicle. Nope, sent back out to the main service bay. After listening to the two service employees argue back and forth about whether the truck was entered as a hold or not (not my problem and who gives a xxxx if it's right or not) I was handed my keys by the older guy who was going to bring it around, I told him I could see it and could get it myself. I was chased down half way across the parking lot for a signature by Matt, who did his best to try to recover some sort of customer service. In summary, no one there communicates with each other or more importantly to their customers. I'm not sure where customers rank around there but it's way down the line. I cringe every time there's something wrong with my vehicle as Airdries choice for a GMC dealer/service department is a poor excuse for a business where you are made to wait while they attempt to figure out how to do their jobs. I would give you no stars but that option doesn't exist. Terrible, terrible service. Avoid at all costs. More
Awesome Experience First time purchasing a new vehicle, shopped around and wound up at Davis where I got an unbelievable deal on a new truck, put the deposit down did so First time purchasing a new vehicle, shopped around and wound up at Davis where I got an unbelievable deal on a new truck, put the deposit down did some paper work (which they were very clear and understanding about given my driving distance to the dealer and my lack of vehicle purchasing skills) and had the truck all done up and ready 3 days after I signed for it. we had a discrepancy with some signage, and Rick tossed in a bed liner and 500 rewards points to compensate which was awesome. Daniel Steinman was awesome as well, knew tons about the vehicle and aftermarket accessories/potential. Every request to test drive, look around etc. was 100% granted even on short notice. Justin was my finance guy and he was great too. got all the paperwork and credit apps done quick and kept me fully updated with all the steps. Would 100% recommend and purchase from again!! More

It is really nice to have the opportunity to collaborate with such down to earth staff, who remained professional throughout! Jordan even offered a Starbucks coffee as part of the deal and went to a lot of trouble to ensure that I had a big, beautiful bow to put on the top of the car when I got home! Interrupted me eveytime I started talking, never let me get a word in. She was just plain rude. Seemed so annoyed to have to be answering my question. Calling the dealership the second time I was praying she wouldn't answer the phone. She did. And was exactly the same. Rude. Never let me finish asking my question before she interrupted me and tried to get me off the phone as quick as she could. Once my car is fixed I will never go there again. More
