Hello, Without your name I cannot respond with all the information however we have looked into recent inquiries and believe we have identified your file. The recall process has been frustrating for all, including us, as the manufacturer has had significant difficulties with parts availability. Delays of many months have, unfortunately, been experienced by others, not just you. All that said, it appears we could have communicated better than we have, my apologies. If we are looking into the right file your parts are indeed confirmed as ordered. Please contact me on Monday so we can confirm the final details. Our goal is to get you looked after and your recalls completed. We please far more than we dissatisfy and have worked hard to get past the stigma of Airdrie Motors since becoming Davis Chev mid-way through 2012. Hello, It's difficult to see we disappointed you greatly and not just once. We work to improve every day and while we please many it's obvious we have fallen short with you. Our single biggest struggle has been capacity, in part due to the success of our Sales department. I am pleased to say that many initiative's are in place, or will be shortly, to improve our capacity and ensure that your experience becomes an even rarer exception. I could go one but that would appear to be defensive. Reading your review its obvious we screwed up and I apologize. If you are willing to talk I am certainly willing to listen. If we become better because of it good, if we can salvage a customer even better. As an example, your circumstances have already given us the opportunity to review our Special Order parts process and make several improvements. On behalf of Bonnie and the rest of the team at Davis I apologize we didn't meet your expectations. On behalf of us as well as GM I am also sorry we were unable to provide you with a rental while your car is in for a recall repair. We do have to follow their criteria when providing alternate transportation and unfortunately in this case it prevented us from being able to give you a rental.
