Because I was really pressed for time we had to deal over the phone and via email. She had me setup in driving by the time I got back to Calgary as I had to leave right away again. The service she provided was helpful and flawless. I had no time for a test drive or anything so she has stayed in touch to make sure that the vehicle is suited for me and that everythings ok. Melissa Osborne Super Service Rep! I had never met Melissa when I dropped my Equinox off to have my OnStar hardware updated. I told her that I get nervous every time I am forced to bri I had never met Melissa when I dropped my Equinox off to have my OnStar hardware updated. I told her that I get nervous every time I am forced to bring one of my cars into the service department at a dealership, including Davis. She said she would change my mind.....and she definitely did. I dropped my car off at 4:45 pm for service the next day. Melissa called me at 5:32 pm to tell me she had a tech that would stay late to do the job and that my car would be ready in an hour if there were no issues. I got a call at 6:10 pm from reception to tell me my car was ready for pick up. If that wasn't enough, Melissa called me this morning to ensure that all went well. This is what I call Customer Service. Davis is lucky to have Melissa......she has renewed my confidence in the Service Department. Thank you for such awesome service and attention to detail Melissa!! Service Yesterday I brought my 2015 GMC Sierra in for a minor repair. This started when I noticed that the backup camera seemed to have gone out of alignme Yesterday I brought my 2015 GMC Sierra in for a minor repair. This started when I noticed that the backup camera seemed to have gone out of alignment. That turned out to be a broken plastic bezel around the tailgate handle. There didn't seem to be a reason for this being broken as there was no sign of any other damage. I went to Davis, the dealer that sold me the truck, and asked about having this repaired. The service person told me that it would be repaired under my warranty and that at the same there there was a recall just issued for a minor problem with the 4 wheel drive in very cold weather. Both the recall and the repair would be done in the same visit. We set up an appointment and I brought in my truck. The repairs were done promptly and properly. Again, it was a pleasure to deal with Davis. In my opinion, they set an example thatother dealerships and and other manufacturers should aspire to. More
