Awesome Experience First time purchasing a new vehicle, shopped around and wound up at Davis where I got an unbelievable deal on a new truck, put the deposit down did so First time purchasing a new vehicle, shopped around and wound up at Davis where I got an unbelievable deal on a new truck, put the deposit down did some paper work (which they were very clear and understanding about given my driving distance to the dealer and my lack of vehicle purchasing skills) and had the truck all done up and ready 3 days after I signed for it. we had a discrepancy with some signage, and Rick tossed in a bed liner and 500 rewards points to compensate which was awesome. Daniel Steinman was awesome as well, knew tons about the vehicle and aftermarket accessories/potential. Every request to test drive, look around etc. was 100% granted even on short notice. Justin was my finance guy and he was great too. got all the paperwork and credit apps done quick and kept me fully updated with all the steps. Would 100% recommend and purchase from again!! More

Interrupted me eveytime I started talking, never let me get a word in. She was just plain rude. Seemed so annoyed to have to be answering my question. Calling the dealership the second time I was praying she wouldn't answer the phone. She did. And was exactly the same. Rude. Never let me finish asking my question before she interrupted me and tried to get me off the phone as quick as she could. Once my car is fixed I will never go there again. More

My husband and I both agree that (with one small exception that had nothing to do with Jordan, but with the attitude/ behaviour of another employee, who we choose not to mention) this was bar none, THE BEST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD, purchasing a vehicle. Jordan has a great attitude and a very friendly disposition. He was eager to please and did his best to answer any and all of our questions. We never felt rushed dealing with Jordan and there weren't any high pressure sales at all. We briefly dealt with Justin in Finance and our experience with him was also great. He was very friendly and personable and explained warranties and service options efficiently and without sales pressure. Overall this was a great experience. We felt valued and appreciated by both Jordan and Justin. We would buy another vehicle from Jordan without hesitation. In fact we would be inclined to buy another vehicle from Chevrolet over another dealership, solely based on being able to work with Jordan again. More

Great experience We met Courtney shortly after 6 pm on a Friday. We had a good idea the vehicle that we were looking for, and Courtney showed us a 2014 Trax 1LT. AWD We met Courtney shortly after 6 pm on a Friday. We had a good idea the vehicle that we were looking for, and Courtney showed us a 2014 Trax 1LT. AWD After she went over the features of the vehicle and both my wife and I sat in each seat, Courtney offered us to take a test drive. My wife drove first and was impressed with the ease of handling and that the seat and steering adjusted so well for her height. I took over driving and found the same as it fits me well for being my size. We discussed the features further and in the end decided on the Trax 2LT. AWD We are impressed with the feel of the vehicle both in the city and on the highway, and after 700 km we are averaging 7.4 Litres / 100 km. Thank you Courtney Moreau for your everything.
