Katie is a sincere and lovely lady to deal with Some people seem so pretentious. Katie is not one of those people. Katie is a genuine, good person who always has a smile, kind words, and pleasant demeanor. She is so friendly and makes you feel as a valued customer. Katie takes the time to explain pricing and what was completed on your vehicle. She never seems in a rush to move to the next customer and her customer service skills are above par. Going to the dealer at times can be such a chore. Some advisors are rude, don't listen to your concerns, and just plain annoying. Seeing Katie as you pull into the service bay is a great way to start the day. Seeing some other advisors is just dreadful. More

Wish I wouldn't have Bought from Davis Chev, wishing I wouldn't have. Was lied to. Asked if there was a previous warranty on this vehicle and the answer was NO. Found out Bought from Davis Chev, wishing I wouldn't have. Was lied to. Asked if there was a previous warranty on this vehicle and the answer was NO. Found out later that yes there was, they did not think it was fair to transfer a previous warranty as someone else had paid for it. The last dealership I purchased from had no problems transferring a warranty. Davis Chev actually told me when I enquirer about this warranty that they wanted to sell me another one. So the vehicle would have two extended warranties on it. Not fair, Davis Chev is only out to make extra money. Feel sad that I have been so cheated and lied to. Not how I would like to be treated. More
