I can not thank Clair enough for her efforts in assisting me and solving my problem clearing up someone else's screw up. Everyone else I spoke to told me they couldn't help me because of the length of time involved, however Clair found a way to assist me even though the problem was caused with someone not doing their job correctly 12 years ago.
