Good Afternoon Unhappy Customer, Thank you for taking the time to post your concerns, I understand your frustrations when it comes to repairs on vehicles these days, with all the technology in them now, we should be able to figure out what's wrong fairly quickly and especially if OnStar is letting you know. Unfortunately without knowing your name, I can not look into this any further for you, but I can tell you even with all the technology available, it does not tell us what is wrong, just tells us what part of the vehicle to start looking at and if the vehicle is not failing at the time of us looking at, all we can do is make sure all updates and calibrations have been done, clear the codes and see if the codes come back. If they do, continue diagnosing, if not, return vehicle back to customer. Please feel free to contact me directly if you would like to continue having this conversation person to person.
